For most of our clients living in the northern hemisphere our winter is your summer. South African winters over most of South Africa are sunny and dry, the exception being the Western Cape. On the east coast (due to the influence of the warm Indian Ocean) which includes the coastal areas of KwaZulu Natal, the Eastern Cape and the Lowveld areas of Mpumalanga and Limpopo (Kruger Park area) temperatures are very mild. At this time of the year 60 days straight of clear blue skies is the norm. Due to lack of clouds temperatures drop to cold at night but day time temperature of 20+ degrees Celsius can be expected. |
